the staff is really kind, the breakfast incredibly nice, the location is marvellous not far from the center nearby, nearest metro and buses, taxis, or walking distance to stores, restaurants. the room is immaculately clean and with central heating, an iron with ironing board, and coffee/tea makers.

Great room with spacious and clean shared bathrooms. The breakfast was okay and I appreciated the effort made to accommodate an early departure with a takeaway breakfast. The owner was welcoming and had good communication.

The communication was poor, with confusion about check-in and check-out. This resulted in a 40-minute wait with all of our stuff on the street, and we had to assume where to leave the keys for check-out.

Property was exceptionally comfortable and quiet, I really enjoyed the stay.

I recently stayed at a charming bed & breakfast in Athens and had a fantastic experience. The place itself was wonderful - impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. The spacious shower room was spotless, and the beds in the large, tastefully decorated rooms were even better than our own at home. The location, although initially a concern, turned out to be safe and conveniently close to multiple train stations. The breakfast, though simple, was sufficient and included delightful homemade cakes and jams. it was a lovely stay.

I recently stayed at Petaluda House 2 Izabela in Athens for a week-long vacation. The rooms were spotlessly clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The owners, especially Iza, were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. From arranging our airport taxi to providing a cozy extra bed for our infant son, they took care of every detail. The balcony was a peaceful spot to relax, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. The central location and easy access to public transportation were also big pluses.

Some of the equipment outside the room may be a bit worn out, but it does not detract from the overall experience.

had an amazing stay at this cozy b&b in athens. clean and spacious room, fully equipped kitchen, and free street parking. the owner was friendly and even gave us a hand-drawn map with local recommendations. breakfast was basic but varied each day. short walk to metro, making it easy to explore the city. great price/quality ratio!
